Welcome to my site. The reason I started this blog was the desire to share my findings of the past eighteen months since my diagnosis. It concerns food that I may both eat and enjoy under my new circumstances. In the first weeks I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to eat in the future. I like my food, sweets included.
Over the following months I found resources, ideas and many new staples that I will present here. However, it is up to you what you do with the information presented here. Don’t take my word for anything, do your own research and draw your own conclusions. This is what I do and I hope it will spark your hope and creativity to do what is best for you!
